The aeronautical information is provided by Qatar AIM in the form of the Integrated Aeronautical Information Package (IAIP) consisting of the following elements:
The Qatar eAIP follows the ICAO recommended format for the Electronic AIP and contains permanent information essential to air navigation within the entire territory of State of Qatar and those areas over the high seas for which it is responsible for the provision of air traffic services. The eAIP is made up of three parts, namely General (GEN), En-route (ENR) and Aerodromes (AD).

Digital NOTAM is a data set made available through digital services containing information concerning the establishment, condition or change in any aeronautical facility, service, procedure or hazard, the timely knowledge of which is essential to systems and automated equipment used by personnel concerned with flight operations.
The Digital NOTAM encoding is based on the Aeronautical Information Exchange Model (AIXM) version 5.1, by which the NOTAM information will be provided as fully structured data set through digital data services. In view of this Qatar AIM is introducing the Digital NOTAM Viewer a web GIS tool, developed to read and graphically present the Digital NOTAM.
Only limited Digital NOTAM feature scenarios are available ( www.aim.gov.qa/dowp ).
Users are advised not to utilize the GIS Web portal for operational use.
Our online Pre-flight information service is available through this web page and can be accessed via worldwide internet. Users may generate and download Pre-flight Bulletins (PIBs) through the Pilot Portal.
Users are required to register with Qatar AIM by completing the online form. Access to the service is controlled by authorized user accounts and password authentication.
Users are advised that the Qatar PIB service is available for validation purposes only. Thus, QCAA cannot guarantee the completeness of the information provided. Operator must enter the correct and the most updated data before generating the PIB.

The Purpose of Post-flight information is to ensure that inadequacies of facilities essential to the safety of flight operations, and the presence of birds on or arround the airport constituting potential hazard to aircraft operations, observed by a pilot during the flight, are reported without delay to the authority responsible for those facilities. After landing, if the pilot wishes to confirm in writing any observations, or wishing to make an initial report, may do so by filling up the following forms. All contributions are valuable and taken in to account for subsequent and prompt action for the safety of air navigation.
Post-flight reports can be submitted by filling out the web forms or by sending the below PDF forms to aim@caa.gov.qa
