 Legal Affairs Department

 

The Legal Affairs Department is in charge of studying and following up all legal affairs and issues related to CAA’s activates in cooperation with the competent administrative units, preparing drafts of the legislative instruments, giving legal opinion on bills and issues referred to the department. The department prepares drafts of contracts, agreements and memorandums of understanding related to CAA duties, in cooperation with concerned administrative departments. The legal Affairs Department also undertakes the role of investigating the facts and violations involving CAA staff, recording investigations’ results supported by legal opinion and recommendations to be submitted to competent authorities, following up the implementation of relevant decisions taken, following up on disputes and cases in which CAA is involved, in cooperation with competent bodies.
