16/2/2017. Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, has expanded its codeshare agreement with Etihad Airways to two cities in Japan.
The new deal will see Air Seychelles place its “HM” code on the daily Etihad Airways service between Abu Dhabi and Nagoya, via Beijing, as well as the daily service to Narita airport in the capital of Tokyo.
Leisure guests are able to connect to these services via the combined double-daily flights between Seychelles and Abu Dhabi offered by Air Seychelles and Etihad Airways.
Roy Kinnear, Chief Executive Officer of Air Seychelles, said:
“We’re thrilled to offer our guests connections to two major cities in Japan together with our partner Etihad Airways.”
“From its beautiful pagodas to its one-of-a-kind cuisine, Japan is a country of rich culture and heritage that makes for a great addition to our route network.”
Etihad Airways offers a range of services tailored to Japanese guests on its flights to and from Japan, including Japanese-speaking cabin crew. Aviation Tribune
